Console Ticket Machine

Seven Segment LED Main Display

LED 7 Segment main display will be hanged on the waiting area that displays the ticket number and an arrow points to the direction of counter to which the customer must go of course with that counter number. When the customer sees his ticket number, he moves according to the direction of the arrow to find the counter and continues his process. Other features:

Direction arrows can be shown with queue number and the calling counter number.
May display information message.
The Numbers’ color is RED.
The Number’s height is 76 mm.
Communicates Wirelessly with the system.

Seven Segment LED Local Display

LED 7 Segment local display that called internal or local hanged at each counter displaying the ticket number which its turn has come, when the customer shows its ticket number will know the counter and do not get lost or waste time looking for it.
Other features:

The numbers’ color is red.
Display capacity of 3 digits for ticket and 2 smaller digits for counter number.
Can shows information messages.
The Number height is 76 mm.
Dimensions are 360×130 mm.
Communicates wirelessly with the rest of the system.

Call Terminal

A call device through which the employee can call the number of the next ticket in the queue, and when the process completed, the employee can call the next ticket and so on. When calling the ticket number, this number appears on the main screen (display) with the counter number from which the call has come and also appears on the local screen (display) at the same counter

It is used to call the waiting ticket number to the counter.
The number of people waiting is shown on the screen.
The transaction can be transferred to another counter.
Confidentiality can be ensured by passwords.
Works in parallel with virtual terminal software.
